offered at the 2017 Cyr/NYAPT Conference

New York is advancing the National Professional Development Series - with a focus on Associates!

(PDS) programs are the foundation for our expanded professional development and professional certification efforts.  This direction will extend to Associate Level members as well, including our dispatchers and trainers.  Offering these courses presents our members with nationally recognized content and instruction as well as the initial steps for national certification for these professionals!

Our focus audience for the afternoon courses is Dispatchers and Trainers. We believe that it is vital to student safety for everyone involved in the school transportation enterprise to be well-trained and to have access to meaningful education and development opportunities. Moreover, we are eager to support those middle managers in their quest for career advancement and excellence.

This year's overall Conference week theme of Follow The Yellow Bus Road reminds us of the fact that we are all together on our journey to keeping children safe and that together we can succeed and make everything better.

NAPT PDS Course #202 --- Presentation Skills
(Audience: Trainers)

All A.M. attendees will receive coffee and bagels at 7:45 AM;  
All program attendees will be able to attend the trade show and have lunch as part of that show.

Morning course open to all:  $45

Afternoon course open to all but targeted:  $45

Text books will be provided for each course at the program.

NAPT Certificates will be provided to all who attend the entire program and who sign in as 'present' at the start of the program.

All courses will be offered at the Albany Marriott  at 189 Wolf Road, Albany NY.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing prior to JULY 7, 2017 (no phone cancellations will be accepted). Refunds can be made ONLY on cancellations received before 7/7/17.  NO refunds will be made after that date.  $35 processing fee for refunds.
