Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Annual School Transportation Conference brought to you by the New York Association for Pupil Transportation in conjunction with the Cyr Foundation.

New York's annual conference and trade show is one of the largest school transportation shows in the nation and we are pleased to welcome you to this year's program! We are excited by our new location at the Albany Hilton in downtown Albany near the State Capitol and our Trade Show Location The Times Union Center along with all of Albany's most historic landmarks and popular restaurants

This year's theme of SAFETY FIRST is intended to underscore our prime mission: keeping our children safe on their school bus ride to and from school each day.

TRADE SHOW EXHIBITORS 

Our 2013 Trade and Exhibit Show will be held in the ALBANY TIMES UNION CENTER on Pearl Street in Downtown Albany! 

The T-U Center offers us nearly 50,000 square feet of exhibition space for our vendors and sponsors.  There will be advertising opportunities on the arena's scoreboard and LED ribbon encircling the arena. There will also be classroom and special events space available under special arrangements.

ANNUAL GOLF OUTING

This year's Golf Outing will be held on Sunday, July 14th at the Western Turnpike Golf Course at 1850 Western Avenue in Guilderland, NY (suburb of Albany). Registration information will be posted here soon.
