The New York Association for Pupil Transportation will conduct a 19-A Certified Examiner Refresher. This refresher training is required every three years by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. The NYAPT course is an approved New York State Department of Motor Vehicles refresher course.

The fee structure is as follows:

NYAPT Members: $99.00

NYAPT Non-Members: $125.00

Leadership Development and Certification program participants may attend NYAPT 19-A certified examiner refresher workshops at no cost. Through the generous sponsorship of Leonard Bus Sales, Inc., the cost of the program will be covered. The sponsorship will NOT cover Late Cancel or No Show fees and are the responsibility of the individual.

We are happy to offer an opportunity for already Registered Conference Attendees to bring a guest to the social events associated with the Conference starting with Breakfast on Monday, July 13 through Breakfast on Wednesday, July 15. DO NOT USE THIS REGISTRATION PLATFORM FOR ATTENDEE REGISTRATIONS - It is for registering your guests ONLY! Guests are not included to participate in education sessions.

Guest Registration For guests of registered NYAPT MEMBERS for FULL CONFERENCE - fee $350.00 (Starting with Monday Breakfast & ending with Wednesday Breakfast)

Guest MONDAY SCHOLARSHIP EVENT Ticket only - fee $85.00

TERMS: Conference Guest registrations are intended to allow spouses, partners and/or children (not employed in Pupil Transportation) of Conference Attendees to participate in meals and social events only, during the conference starting with Breakfast on Monday, July 13 and ending with Breakfast on Wednesday, July 15. This is not intended as an alternate method for registering employees of the Transportation department or office. Registering an employee of the Transportation department or the contractor operation as a guest will result in the Conference Attendee being charged the full conference registration fee for that individual.

Cancellations must be received in writing prior to JUNE 28, 2026 (no phone cancellations will be accepted). There will be a $25 processing fee for all refunds. PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Booth: Reserved exhibit space will be considered “PENDING” until paid in full. Any advance reservation unpaid 60 days prior to the Trade Show will be released. Any exhibit space reserved after 5/13/2026 must be paid in full to hold reservation.

Conference Sponsorships: A deposit of 50% and signed contract is due within ten days of reserving sponsorship to secure sponsorship. Balance due no later than 90 days prior to the event.

CANCELLATION:

Exhibitors who cancel in writing on or before JUNE 13, 2026, will receive a refund of their exhibit space payment, minus a 25% handling fee. Exhibitors who cancel after June 13, 2026, will receive no refund, regardless of cause. Future sponsorships or exhibit opportunities will not be available to vendors with outstanding cancellation fees. Cancellations must be received in writing to the
