Base fee:
  • Includes all meals and all events from Monday breakfast through Wednesday breakfast.
  • Includes all meals and all events from Sunday Breakfast through Wednesday breakfast.
  • REGISTERED ATTENDEES ONLY - Register your personal guest for the Monday Scholarship Fundraiser Event. Must attend with Registered Attendee.
  • REGISTERED ATTENDEES ONLY - Register your personal guest to attend the Awards Banquet with you. Must attend with Registered Attendee.
  • Choose this option if your Guest will be attending both the Monday Scholarship Fundraiser AND the Awards Banquet on Tuesday Evening.
  • Register your personal guest to attend the Trade Show with you. Must be affiliated and attend with Registered Member

 GUEST REGISTRATION

We are happy to offer an opportunity for already Registered Conference Attendees to bring a guest to the conference and to social events associated with the Conference starting with Breakfast on Monday, July 14 through Breakfast on Wednesday, July 16.  DO NOT USE THIS REGISTRATION PLATFORM FOR ATTENDEE REGISTRATIONS - It is for registering your guests ONLY!

Guest Registration for FULL CONFERENCE (Starting with Monday Breakfast & ending with Wednesday Breakfast)
    For guests of registered NYAPT MEMBERS - fee $300.00
    For guests of registered Non-Members - fee $390.00

Guest MONDAY SCHOLARSHIP EVENT Ticket only - fee $65.00

    Guest TUESDAY AWARDS BANQUET Ticket only - fee $65.00

(Banquet Guest Tickets must be issued to a Registered Attendee)

TERMS Conference Guest registrations are intended to allow spouses, partners and/or children (not employed in Pupil Transportation) of Conference Attendees to participate fully in educational activities, meals and social events during the conference starting with Breakfast on Monday, July 14 and ending with Breakfast on Wednesday, July 16.  This is not intended as an alternate method for registering employees of the Transportation department or office.  Registering an employee of the Transportation department or the contractor operation as a guest will result in the Conference Attendee being charged the full conference registration fee for that individual.

Cancellations must be received in writing prior to JUNE 29, 2025 (no phone cancellations will be accepted).  Refunds can be made ONLY on cancellations received before 6/29/2025.  NO refunds will be made after that date.  There will be a $25 processing fee for all refunds.
