EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

For over 20 years, NYAPT has offered  a Winter Workshop educational opportunity for our members.   An important part of our Winter Workshop is the participation of our industry partners.  

Please consider joining us at our Winter Workshop by exhibiting at our trade show or by sponsoring an event. 

Exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities for the Winter Workshop are an exclusive benefit of Industry membership in NYAPT.

Winter Workshop Exhibitor Opportunities

Exhibit Table - $550

 - Display includes a six-foot display table with two chairs
    (If power or any other a/v is needed, please see Power/Electric Form link)            Power/Electric Form
  - Company logo included on NYAPT website program page, conference app and exhibitor banner

  - Set up for displays starts on WEDNESDAY, February 18, 4:00-6:00 PM or  7:00 AM on THURSDAY, February 19 and extends through the mid-morning break on Friday, February 20.
     - Raffle winner announcement will take place at the close of the conference at Noon on FRIDAY February 20.
  - Individual exhibitor tables will receive up to two lunch tickets per table for Thursday's lunch.  Additional available for a fee.

For information on the educational workshops offered and a detailed schedule of events - visit back as agenda is still in the works.  Exhibitors are welcome to attend all workshops at no cost.

Thursday Evening - NYAPT Scholarship and Networking Event

Join us for dinner and a fun filled evening with Interactive BINGO!

Dinner start time 6:00 PM, served in the Desmond Hotel, King Street Ballroom, immediately followed by a NYAPT scholarship fundraising event and an evening of fun.....we hope to see you there!

$75.00 per person - sign up when you register for your Exhibit Booth!

Rate: $142.00 per person per night.

All sponsorship and exhibit table displays must be paid in full by January 18, 2026, to allow for promotion of  the WINTER WORKSHOP and the sponsor’s/exhibitor’s involvement.
