GUEST REGISTRATION
We are happy to offer an opportunity for
already Registered Conference Attendees to bring a guest to the social events associated with the Conference starting with Breakfast on Monday, July 13 through Breakfast on Wednesday, July 15.
DO NOT USE THIS REGISTRATION PLATFORM FOR ATTENDEE REGISTRATIONS - It is for registering your guests ONLY! Guests are
not included to participate in education sessions.
Guest Registration For guests of registered NYAPT MEMBERS for FULL CONFERENCE - fee $350.00 (Starting with Monday Breakfast & ending with Wednesday Breakfast)
Guest MONDAY SCHOLARSHIP EVENT Ticket only - fee $85.00
Guest TUESDAY AWARDS BANQUET Ticket only - fee $75.00
(Banquet Guest Tickets must be issued to a Registered Attendee)
TERMS: Conference Guest registrations are intended to allow spouses, partners and/or children (not employed in Pupil Transportation) of Conference Attendees to participate in meals and social events only, during the conference starting with Breakfast on Monday, July 13 and ending with Breakfast on Wednesday, July 15.
This is not intended as an alternate method for registering employees of the Transportation department or office. Registering an employee of the Transportation department or the contractor operation as a guest will result in the Conference Attendee being charged the full conference registration fee for that individual.

Cancellations must be received in writing prior to JUNE 28, 2026 (no phone cancellations will be accepted). There will be a $25 processing fee for all refunds. Refunds can be made ONLY on cancellations received before 6/28/2026. NO refunds will be made after that date and you are responsible for the full amount of registration.
