NYSDOT Bus Inspection Program & Summer Conference Trade Show

NYAPT Partners with NYSDOT to Provide a Learning Opportunity for School Bus Technicians and Others

WHEN: Monday, July 13, 2026

TIME: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

LOCATION: Saratoga Springs City School Bus Garage - 25 Duplainville Road, Saratoga Springs, and The Saratoga Hilton, 534 Broadway Saratoga Springs

Attend the morning session with NYSDOT inspectors demonstrating proper procedures for school bus inspections held at the Saratoga Springs City School Bus Garage.  The NYSDOT inspection program will be held on Monday, July 13, starting at 8:00 AM through 12:00 noon, followed by an afternoon at the NYAPT Summer Conference Trade Show, where attendees can connect with exhibitors to learn about their offerings and new products. Trade Show hours are 1:00-5:00 pm.   

Attendees will meet at the  Saratoga Springs City School Bus Garage @ 8:00 AM.   Lunch will be provided at the Saratoga Transportation Center after the morning session. After lunch, proceed to the Saratoga Hilton to attend the Trade Show. Register at the front desk and spend the afternoon at the Trade Show.  A name badge is required for access to the Trade Show. 

The fee structure is as follows:

NYAPT Members:  $100

NYAPT Non-Members: $100
