We are pleased to announce registration is open for the 2026 NYAPT WINTER WORKSHOP! Participate in two days of educational opportunities filled with important, timely and trending information. This mid-year program is a great educational and networking opportunity for all members of your transportation team! It serves as a refresher for top managers and other supervisory staff on important school transportation program elements useful to improve your transportation operation back home. Our industry partners will be on hand exhibiting and participating throughout the event.

Leadership Development and Certification Program Courses - All Are Welcome!
9:00 - 12:00 Noon - NYS DMV 19-A Certified Examiner Refresher
The New York Association for Pupil Transportation will conduct a 19-A Certified Examiner Refresher in conjunction with the Winter Workshop on February 19, 2025. This refresher training is required every three years by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. The NYAPT course is an approved New York State Department of Motor Vehicles refresher course.

1:00 - 5:00 PM - NAPT #604 - Prioritizing & Evaluating Operational Safety
This four-hour course explains and explores “safety” in essential areas of your operations, such as staffing, routing and scheduling, student management and training, vehicle maintenance and customer service.

Conference cancellations must be received in writing/email at membership@nyapt.org prior to 5 pm, February 04, 2026 (NO phone cancellations will be accepted). Refunds, less the $25 cancellation processing fee, can be made ONLY on cancellations received before 5 pm 2/04/2026. NO REFUNDS will be made after that date. ---> NO-SHOWS will be billed and expected to honor their invoices.
