CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrants are responsible for adhering to the registration cancellation policy regardless of payment status. If payment has not been made, the registrant is responsible for the cancellation fees noted.

Registrants who cancel, in writing, before June 28, 2026, are responsible for the $25 cancellation processing fee. If payment has been received, you may receive a full refund minus the $25 cancellation processing fee. Applicants who cancel on or after June 28th are responsible for the entire amount due. If payment has been received, you will not receive a refund, regardless of the cause, as we have already committed your attendance to the hotel.
